Here is another tasty recipe that I made a couple of times over the Holidays these past couple of weeks. I didn't do my usual and take a bazillion pictures so you just have to trust me on how great tasting this is. This would be a perfect appetizer for the upcoming Super Bowl, so give it a try and let me know what you think.
Here's what you need:
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup Parmesan
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
3 green onions, chopped
1 4oz can mild green chilies
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts and place in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Place in an 8 x 8 and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve with cubed french bread or crackers. Serve hot.
