Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Do you go to coffee shops and pay between $3.00 and $5.00 for a Pumpkin Spice Coffee?  I used to.  Then I decided it was much more economical for me to make my own creamer and use it in my coffee I was brewing every morning anyway.

Guess what?  I think it is actually better tasting because you don't get the overly sweet syrupiness from the store bought coffees.  You just get a rich pumpkin spice flavored cup a joe.

This makes the perfect little something for hostess and guests for Fall get togethers. Make some today, you won't be disappointed :)

Here's what you need:  Recipe updated 11/17/12  (I wrote Tbs on the cinnamon instead of tsp.)

2 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer, unflavored
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk until completely blended.

If giving away place about 1/2 cup in each bag. I use the 4" x 6" zip bags from Michael's, and make a simple bag topper in Word.

To serve add 1 - 2 tsp. or Tbs. to your morning coffee and stir until blended.

I use my new coffee mug from Heatherly Loves and my Pumpkin Spice Creamer everyday unless it's close to Halloween then I use my Nightmare Before Christmas mug.
Enjoy!

  20. This may be a silly question but where does the "pumpkin" part come in. Or is it just that this is made up of the spices that go into the "pumpkin spice" that you purchase from the store.

    1. Hi Zoe, No question is silly! I realize that it might seem strange to not actually have pumpkin in this creamer and call it pumpkin spice but it really does make the coffee taste like the flavors of a Pumpkin spice coffee. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Thanks again for taking the time to comment :)
