BBQ Shredded Pork Ring

So today I decided to try something new and use up the leftover shredded pork from the other night.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In small skillet reheat the pork (about 2 cups) with about 1/2 cup of plain ol' Kraft original (or use your favorite) BBQ sauce and heated it through.  Make a crescent ring (one of my favorite ways to incorporate more carbs, hehe) and spoon the meat over the ring.
Add 1 - 2 cups shredded cheddar (I always use sharp) cheese over the meat and sprinkle with about 2 Tablespoons sliced green onions.
Fold the crescents over the meat mixture and tuck under the center.  Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
The yummy goodness that came out of the oven....

Serves 6 - 8

Enjoy!
