Fiesta Ranch Dressing

Here is a great new dressing I made to go with my Chicken Fajita Salad or any Southwestern Salad.

Here's what you need:

1 pint size jar with lid

1 cup buttermilk

3/4 cup mayonnaise (best foods)

1 - 0.4 oz. envelope Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

2 Tbs. taco seasoning; I use Taco Bell taco seasoning

In a 1 pint mason jar, pour 1 cup of buttermilk and add the ranch dressing packet and the taco seasoning.

 

Add enough mayo to fill the jar, about 3/4 cup and seal with a lid.

 

Now the fun begins....Shake, shake, shake the jar until it's completely combined.

Makes a great salad dressing, fajita sauce, sandwich spread, etc.

Serves 1 pint (2 cups)
