Mmmm mmmm who doesn't love French Toast?  Everyone I know does!

If you've never made French Toast at home this is a super easy and delicious recipe just for you!

What do you usually make for breakfast on the weekends?  I love to make Waffles, Eggs, or French Toast and it's always a hit around here.

Need some inspiration for Easter brunch?  Try this French Toast and your guests will love it too!

Here's what you need:

4 Eggs
3 Tbs. cream or 1/2 & 1/2
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
4-6 slices of your favorite bread, depending on the size you might get up to 8 slices out of this recipe

Preheat your skillet on medium to medium high.

In a medium bowl place all the ingredients except for the bread and beat until completely combined and frothy.

Place a slice of bread into the egg mixture then turn it over to coat both sides with the mixture.  Place on skillet and repeat until you have as many pieces as will fit on the skillet.

Cook until golden brown on the first side (approx. 2-3 minutes) then flip and cook until the second side is golden brown.
Serve warm with butter, syrup, or powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
Mmm mmm works well for dinner too :)

Serves 4-6

Enjoy!
