Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

Last week I made a recipe from all my blog and Pinterest browsing but I honestly can't remember where I saw it, so please forgive me if I don't give you credit for this recipe.  If anyone knows where it originated from let me know.

This is the EASIEST crock pot dinner I have ever made.   And so tasty I couldn't believe it.  Literally!  Seriously!  Just you wait.

Here's what you need:

3 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 - 12 - 16 oz. jar of your favorite salsa
1 packet taco seasoning mix

In the base of the crock pot pour the salsa and taco seasoning packet and mix well.  Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat.

Cook on high for 4 - 5 hours.   Stirring a couple of times during cooking.
When done cooking, shred chicken using two forks.  It will just fall apart.  Stir the chicken in the sauce and serve.
I used it for Chicken Soft Tacos.  It would be great over rice too.
Nom, Nom, Nom......

Serves 4 - 6

Enjoy!
