Since I perfected my cheesecake bar recipe last week I decided to try a variety of flavors.

So far I'm two for two with delicious flavors and this Pumpkin White Chocolate one is A-MAZ-ING!

Well it's that time of year again for trying all the delicious Pumpkin recipes everyone posts.

This week I tried a delicious pumpkin muffin with a cream cheese swirl from The Novice Chef and they were amazing!

Pumpkin Bread Pudding

I have been wanting to try making bread pudding lately (probably the weather, every few days it gets cold and rainy) and so last night I made one with my favorite flavor - Pumpkin :)

I've only tried bread pudding a couple of times and it's one of those desserts that you either like or don't.  I love bread pudding, my hubby not so much.

I love that the whole recipe is basically day old bread and a custard thrown together to make a soft warm delicious dessert.   This one is like an ooey gooey warm pumpkin pie, mmmm mmm.

Pumpkin Pecan Cinnamon Rolls

To me there's nothing better than the smell of yeast bread rising and baking in the house.

Add to that yumminess the flavor of pumpkin and pecans and it smells absolutely heavenly when these babies are baking.

I have found that a good cinnamon roll is rather easy to make.  It just takes time and patience and a great stand mixer to do most of the work!

Pumpkin Streusel Muffins

Here is the second of the delicious pumpkin muffins I have made lately and they are just as yummy as the first recipe.

The difference is that these have a streusel topping where as the others have a cinnamon sugar topping.

They are both perfect for breakfast on a cold Fall morning with a steaming cup of tea or coffee or an ice cold glass of milk.

Pumpkin Puppy Treats

While making all the yummy pumpkin treats I couldn't leave out my four legged friend so I took my Peanut Butter Puppy Treats and turned them into a Fall treat that Harley LOVES!

Pumpkin Crazy Cake

A while back I adapted the Chocolate Crazy Cake from Sweet Little Bluebird's blog into a Mocha Crazy Cake and while I was at it I decided because it's Fall I'd make a Pumpkin one too.

These are the easiest one dish cakes ever.  You can mix, bake, and serve all out of the same baking dish.

These are depression era cakes (when ingredients were scarce and they had to make do) so they are also completely dairy free (without the frosting that is) and perfect for those of you with egg or dairy allergies.

That recipe that everyone ask for over and over again.

I kid you not.

This Pumpkin Maple Coffee Cake is the best reinvention of a recipe I have made so far.

I took my Coffee Cake recipe and added some pumpkin and other goodies and it turned into my new favorite pumpkin recipe of the year!  Maybe even the decade :)

With getting back into the swing of blogging after several months off, I'm happy to say that I get to start up at one of my favorite times of year.

I love Fall because of the crisp cold mornings and evenings and all the pumpkin and apple recipes I get to test and create as well as all the slow cooker recipes I'll be making this year too.

So along the Fall baking line, I've been trying new pumpkin recipes this week.  

Classic Pumpkin Pie

Out of all the holiday pies out there I think I love a Classic Pumpkin Pie the most.  It is my hubby's favorite and my daughter has a fondness for pumpkin pie too.

This is a very easy pie to make and I've been using the recipe right off the Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin for years.

I know some people like to add nuts, or sweetened condensed milk or other items but I use the Famous recipe as is and it turns out every time!

Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese Spread

Even though Fall hasn't officially started and it still gets hot around here most days, I'm so ready to start all my Fall baking.

I thought I'd start with a delicious breakfast treat.

I love pumpkin flavored foods and I thought Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese sounded like a great idea yesterday after my trip to get fresh bagels.

I usually get plain bagels so that you can add whatever flavoring you like.

Some people just use butter (why? I have no clue) some use plain cream cheese, but my kids and I usually use cream cheese and my Homemade Strawberry Jam.

I thought with Fall around the corner and my obsession love for all things pumpkiny why not make some homemade spreads for bagels.
