I made these last year for the holidays and they are amazing!

This year I'm ACTUALLY going to try and get a head start on holiday baking recipes so I'll be posting them through the next two months along with Fall recipes.

I'm a sucker for cheesecake.

It has to be one of my favorite desserts, but who wants to take hours of quiet time and water baths to get a delicious cheesecake?  Not me!

Since I perfected my cheesecake bar recipe last week I decided to try a variety of flavors.

So far I'm two for two with delicious flavors and this Pumpkin White Chocolate one is A-MAZ-ING!

Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Bars

It's time that time of year to start fancying up all the desserts.

I have been working all week on perfecting these cheesecake bars and they are AMAZING!

I thought with all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season that's fast approaching why not make a bar recipe instead of a traditional cheesecake. These are easy to prepare and store well in the fridge.

Mini Key Lime Cheesecakes

One of my favorite desserts of all time is Key Lime Pie.  My second favorite dessert has got to be Cheesecake.  So I thought why not combine the two in a delicious Key Lime Cheesecake?

If you know anything about key limes you'll know that they are about 1/3 the size of regular limes.  You also get about 1/3 of the juice and since I didn't want to go on the hunt for key limes and I usually have a bunch of regular ones hanging around I'm just CALLING this key lime when it's actually just regular lime cheesecake.

Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes

Last week on my Facebook page I hosted a Pumpkin party and had many wonderful recipes delivered for pumpkin flavored treats.

I fell in love with this recipe for Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes from Citronlimette and knew I just had to give them a try.

I adapted the recipe a little bit and they came out wonderful. If you've ever been leary of making a cheesecake then this is the recipe for you.  It was extremely easy to make and they pretty much baked up just like making muffins or cupcakes.

I have already made them a couple of times and they are a hit around here.
