Individual Chicken Pot Pie

My newest fascination is making individual meals in these cute crock bowls I found at Cost Plus World Market a few weeks ago.

They are the perfect size for a pot pie, lasagna, bowl of chili, breakfast dishes, etc.

Coffeehouse Blueberry Scones

Here is the second delicious scone recipe I made last week.  I'm calling them Coffeehouse Blueberry Scones because they remind me of the ones I had at Starbucks when I was in Disneyland. Mmmm mmmm.

Scones are a great treat for breakfast, snack, or even after school.  These are like a light and moist biscuit only better.
