Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing

With Spring just around the corner I thought it would be a nice change to start trying out some new salads and dressing.
I love all things buttermilk! And especially love to use it in homemade dressings.

It gives dressing that tang I'm looking for and makes for a nice creamy topping to any salad.

So here is the first in a line of dressings that you'll be seeing over the next few weeks.

Nothing says spring better than fresh herbs in a homemade dressing served over crisp greens :)

Enjoy!

Here's what you need:

1 cup mayonnaise, only Best Foods or Hellman's (none of that fake stuff)
1 - 5 oz. container of plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, grated on a microplane
1-2 tsp. fresh dill, minced
1 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbs. fresh chives, chopped
1 green onion, finely sliced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

In a bowl mix the mayo, yogurt, buttermilk, Parmesan, and garlic until creamy.
Add the salt, pepper, sugar, Worcestershire, chives and mix well.
Add the green onion and mix well.
Add the fresh herbs and mix until combined.
Chill for an hour and serve over your favorite salad.
Enjoy!

Serves - approximately 2-1/2 cups
