Ham & Swiss Ring

One of my favorite things to make for a crowd is a crescent ring meal.  Crescent rolls make food fun and delicious!

They are super easy, feed a ton of people and you can change the size to make them bigger or smaller at any time.

I have several on my blog that are delicious as a lunch or dinner.

Here is my All American Cheeseburger Ring , BBQ Shredded Pork Ring , Chicken Cranberry Ring, and my Chicken Enchilada Ring, All are family favorites and get gobbled up fast.

Here's what you need: (this is considered a single recipe)

1/4 cup mayonnaise (I only use Best Foods)
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1 tube crescent rolls, regular
12 thin slices of ham of your choice
4 thick slices of Swiss cheese, cut diagonal

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and Dijon until smooth.
Unroll the crescent rolls and leaving about a 6 inch hole in the center press together the long end (opposite the point, not the side) overlapping to create a couple inch inside border.
Spoon on as much as you would like of the mayo/mustard mixture around the inside border only.
Layer the ham pieces around the inside border on top of the mustard mixture.
Top with the triangles of Swiss cheese, points facing the center, and overlapping about 1/3 of each piece.
Top with more mustard mixture.
Take the tip of each crescent and bring up and over the ham and cheese and tuck under the center of the ring.
If you have a few pieces that are extra long, cut off the excess and press into an area where there isn't any crescent roll covering the cheese.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes then slice and serve.
Mmm mmmm   delicious!

Enjoy!
