Homemade Butterscotch Pudding

If you haven't tried making homemade pudding before, drop whatever you're doing and run to the kitchen and make some right now!

Homemade pudding is super simple to make and has the most luxurious texture and amazing flavor you'll ever taste.

I have made lemon, coconut, chocolate, and now butterscotch pudding in the last few weeks and I'll never go bake to the boxed kind again.  It is perfect for pies, trifles, poke cakes, or just in a bowl.

I challenge you to make a batch and tell me it isn't better than what you get in the store.

This has got to be one of the easiest but most rewarding desserts out there.

It was super simple to make, once I got the ratios correct, and is creamer and richer than any box mix around.

Banana Puddin' Trifle

I'm sure everyone everywhere has some sort of a Banana Puddin' recipe.

Whether it came from your Grandma, Great Grandma, Mother, or friend most of us have a similar recipe somewhere.

I got my first taste of banana pudding' from my husband's Grandma Fern when we were first married.  I'd never actually had banana pudding dessert before and I fell in love right then and there.

From what I gather this is a southern dessert that ladies make on a regular basis down south, but this Cali girl makes it quite often too.
