Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Wrap

Do you ever just want something warm for lunch but don't want to go out for a burger?

I have an alternative for you.

How about a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Wrap?  You can make just about any kind of wrap with just a few basic ingredients.

My son has come to love these and I make them at least once or twice a week (with leftovers so he can make more).

They are delicious right when you make them when the chicken and bacon are still warm or tucked into a lunch and eaten later in the day.

Here's what you need:

1 Everyday Grilled Chicken breast, as many as needed, grilled and thinly sliced
2 strips bacon, cooked crispy, for each wrap you are making
cheddar cheese, grated
lettuce, shredded
ranch dressing
large flour tortillas, one per person
optional toppings - pickles, tomatoes, salsa, veggies etc.

To assemble warm the tortilla for about 10 seconds in the microwave or if you have a gas stove you can do this right over the flame of the burner.

You can layer the wrap however you would like but here is how I make mine.

Lay out the tortilla and add the sliced chicken down the middle. Then top with the bacon.

Add the lettuce then the cheese on top.

Add any additional toppings you would like then top with a good drizzle of ranch dressing.
Fold in the two ends and roll into a burrito shape.  Cut in the center on the diagonal.

Serve with desired sides.  I like mine with chips :)

Enjoy!

Serves - one wrap per person
