Brownie Mug

Here I am again with these fun and delicious mug cakes!

But this time we're making brownies in a mug, Yuuuuuum!

I also found these cute little round ramekin type bowls to make these cakes in and they work perfectly.  Just remember to make sure your mug, ramekin, bowl, glass, etc are ALL microwaveable before you use them.


Here's what you need:

5 Tbs. brownie mix, I use Betty Crocker supreme with the syrup pouch
1 tsp. white vinegar
3 - 4 tsp. water
2 tsp. chocolate syrup

Optional Toppings
whipped cream
mini chocolate chips
ice cream

Mix all ingredients in the microwaveable mug or another bowl then pour into the mug you are using to bake the brownie in.

 

Microwave for 50 - 60 seconds or until just done.  I like mine light and fluffy so mine took only 50 seconds.

Cool a few minutes then top with your favorite toppings.  

I like mine topped with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
